Rose (Loiacono) Catalanotti, 94, of Marion, formerly of Watertown passed away March 10, 2002 at Tobey Hospital.
She was the wife of the late Joseph Catalanotti of Watertown.
Mrs. Catalanotti was born in Montelepre, Italy, and traveled to New York City in the 1920's. She lived most of her life in Watertown, where she raised her family before moving to Marion 10 years ago.
She was a communicant of St. Rita's Church in Marion.
Mothers most precious hours were spent visiting with family and friends. She had a tremendous reputation as a warm friendly humorous loving woman.
Survivors include a daughter, Ina Roehr of Marion; 3 sons, Joseph Catalanotti of Watertown, Enrico Catalanotti of Sudbury and Paul Catalanotti of Bourne; She was the loving Nana of 9 and great-Nana of 10.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Mass at St. Rita's Church, Marion Wednesday, March 13th at 10 AM, followed by burial in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Watertown. Visiting hours are omitted.
