Smith, Michael Todd, 42, of Louisville passed away Tuesday June 25, 2013.
Michael Is survived by his wife, Meredith Lewis-Smith; parents, Roy & Sharon (Larimore) Smith; sister, Rhonda Guetig (Johnny); brothers, Larry Smith (Jeanee), Rick Smith (Pamela) & Steve Smith (Michelle); father-in-law & mother-in-law Gregory & Lisa Lewis; sister-in-law, Lauren Grugen.
Funeral services will be held 12:00 noon Friday at the Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 4:00 – 8:00 pm Thursday.
