Claire T. Connelly (Sparks) age 83 of Canton passed away at the Queen Anne Nursing Home in Hingham June 25th. Born and raised in Dorchester, she attended Jeremiah Burke High School. She worked at Shawmut Bank for 29 years in the Adjustment Department as a Manager and later worked at the Bank of Canton in the Commercial Loan Department before retiring. She has lived in Canton since 1978. Beloved wife of the late Mark T. Mother of Patrick and his wife Karen of Braintree, Mark Jr. and his wife Joan of Weymouth, Kathleen McLaughlin and her husband Kevin of Stoneham, Stephen and his wife Sandra of Stoughton, Shawn of Canton and Paul and his wife Lauren of Stoughton. Sister of Evelyn O’Brien of Arlington and the late Edmund, Elaine , George, Catherine and Paul. Also survived by 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Visiting hours at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home 455 Washington St. Canton Friday 4-8 pm. Funeral mass at St. John the Evangelist Church Canton Saturday morning at 10:30.
