Bruen, Virginia M. (Ginger), 68, of Marshfield died unexpectedly on June 19, 2013. Ginger was the daughter of the late Allan F. (Tido) and Virginia M. (Dee) Bruen. She was born in Boston and brought up in Cohasset. Ginger graduated from Sacred Heart High School in Kingston, MA and Chandler School for Women. She worked for many years at Stone & Webster Engineering Corp. in Boston. Virginia’s gift to her many friends and family members was her loving attention to their lives and a warm and ready humor accompanied by her sparkling blue eyes, all of which will be sorely missed. Ginger is survived by her sister (Irish twin) Sister Ella Jane Bruen, CDP of Kingston and her dearest friend Betty Holland of Marshfield along with several generations of cousins with whom she kept in touch via her favorite invention – the telephone. The family would like to thank Dr. Ruth Lamprey for her loving care of Virginia.
