Eileen A. (Norris) Paul, 96, of New Bedford died June 18, 2013 at Sippican Healthcare Center.
She was the wife of the late Elmer A. Paul.
Born in New Bedford, the daughter of the late Joseph A. and Mary E. (Kenny) Norris, she lived in New Bedford most of her life wintering in Punta Gorda, FL.
Mrs. Paul was a communicant of Holy Name of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church and a member of the Women's Guild.
She was formerly employed by Star Store for several years.
She was a graduate of New Bedford High School, class of 1934. Mrs. Paul enjoyed bowling, bingo, walking and reading.
Survivors include a son, Elmer David Paul and his wife Mayfrid of Acushnet; a daughter, Eileen Michaud and her husband Arthur of Fairhaven; and several nieces and nephews.
She was the sister of the late Joseph A. Norris, Jr., Elizabeth "Bessie" Butts, Marguerite "Rita" Alden and Louise Harrington.
Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, June 21st at 12 Noon in Holy Name of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery. Visiting hours are omitted.
