Armand L. Pescione of Stoneham passed away on Sunday, June 16, 2013 at Winchester Hospital. He was 92 years of age.
Born in Boston, Armand was the loving son of the late Pasquale and Pasqualina (Esposito) Pescione.
Armand was a warm and caring husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. He will be sadly missed.
During WWII, Armand proudly defended our freedom by serving in the United States Coast Guard.
Armand was the beloved husband of the late Dorothy (Scaramella) “Dottie” Pescione. Devoted father of of Armand L. Pescione, Jr. and Joyce Daniels and her husband Marshall. Cherished grandfather of Jennifer Ameen and her husband Michael, Marshall Daniels, Jr. and Amanda Daniels. Loving great grandfather of Michael Joseph Ameen. Dear brother of Mary Dello Iacono and her late husband Ralph of Stoneham. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the Barile Family Funeral Home, 482 Main St. (RT 28) STONEHAM Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at 9 am followed by a Funeral Mass celebrating Armand’s Eternal Life in St. Patrick Church, 71 Central St. Stoneham at 10 am. Parking attendants will be available. Interment with Military Honors Lindenwood Cemetery, Stoneham.
