Hazel G. (Hawke) Potter, 67, passed away June 10, 2013 at St. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital. She was Baptist by faith. She was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, William R. Potter, and daughter Shirley-Ann Potter. She is survived by daughters, Glenola H. Maggay and Rebecca A. Wolfe (Jason); sons, William R. Potter Jr. (Hilliary) and Edwin W. Potter (Lisa); brothers, Kenny, George and Andrew Hawke; sister, Liane Wesson; 12 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Funeral service will be Thursday at 2 P.M. at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with cremation to follow. Visitation will be Wednesday at 2 P.M. until 8 P.M. and after 9 A.M. on Thursday at the funeral home.
