James A. Dragon, 56, of Esmond Street, Smithfield, passed away Sunday, June 2, 2013 at the Pine Grove Health Center in Burrillville.
Born in Providence, a son of Rita Dragon of Smithfield and the late Oscar Dragon. He lived in Smithfield all his life.
Mr. Dragon was a self employed carpenter and he truly loved his work. He was an avid New England Patriot and Boston Red Sox fan.
Besides his mother, he is survived by a daughter, Talia Shaw of Smithfield and his siblings, Susan Packer and Thomas Dragon, both of Smithfield. He was the brother of the late Debra Millazo and uncle of the late David Dragon.
A Mass of Christian Burial to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Friday at 11AM in St. Michael’s Church, 80 Farnum Pike, Smithfield. Visitation respectfully omitted. Burial Private.
