Janice L Bergeron, 58, of Rexmere Road, Mapleville, died surrounded by her family, on Wednesday, May 29, 2013 at Rhode Island Hospital, Providence. She was the wife of Dennis Bergeron. They were married for 31 years.
Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of Gertrude R. (Gross) Lamoureux of Port Orange, Florida and the late Normand L. Lamoureux. She lived in Mapleville for the past 27 years.
Janice was a telemarketer for Evergreen Mortgage Company in Lincoln. She was a graduate of Woonsocket High School and she loved to read and take care of her home and garden.
Besides her husband and mother, she is survived by her sister, Elaine Heath and her husband, Douglas of Greenville and her nieces and nephews.
A committal service to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Saturday at 9:30am at the RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. The cemetery requests those planning to attend the service to please gather at the comfort station.
