The daughter of the late Russell and Catherine McGue of Quincy, Margaret was a graduate of North Quincy High School and of the Salem Hospital School of Nursing. For thirty years, she provided great comfort and compassionate care to patients in hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, doctor’s offices and private practice throughout Massachusetts, Texas and New Jersey. She enjoyed ten years as a real estate agent in Chelmsford, MA joyfully working to help people find their dream home. A proud member of AA for many years, Peggy was a sponsor and supporter to many. The love she gave to others was immeasurable both in her family and beyond. She is survived by her husband William of West Roxbury, their children Lauren Mahan of Easton, Mary Casali and her husband John of Sandwich; and Brendan Mahan and his wife Amy of Shrewsbury, as well as four grandchildren, Jack and Riley Casali of Sandwich and Nathan and Gavin Mahan of Shrewsbury. She is also survived by brothers Robert, James, John, Richard, Lawrence, Kevin, Kenneth, sister Kathleen, and many nieces and nephews.
