WORCESTER-Ann E. Hennigan, 86, of the Meadows of Leicester, formerly of 18 Mendon Street, died Thursday, August 12th in St. Vincent Hospital after an illness. She leaves numerous cousins.
She was born in Worcester, the daughter of Bartley E. and Mary E. (Haynes) Hennigan and graduated from Commerce High School. Ms. Hennigan was a legal secretary for Attorney Amos Wasgatt for 40 years retiring in 1981. She was a member of St. Stephen’s Church and an avid golfer at Hillcrest Country Club.
The funeral is Tuesday, August 17th from O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue, with a Mass at 10:00 AM in St. Stephen’s Church, 357 Grafton Street. Burial is in St. John’s Cemetery. A calling hour will be held from 8:30 until 9:30 the morning of the funeral.
