Robert N. "Bob" Sullivan of Newportnews, VA, formerly of Somerville, April 21, age 57. Beloved husband of Elizabeth (Stevens). Born in Somerville on Sept. 28, 1955, Bob was the beloved son of the late Benjamin and Nancy (Matson) Sullivan. Mr. Sullivan was a 28 year US Coast Guard veteran with service at Loran Station, AK, Newcastle, NH, Governor Island, NY, Key West, FL and Norfolk, VA. Mr. Sullivan retired from the Coast Guard as a Master Chief Damage Controlman. In his spare time, Robert loved playing golf. Besides his beloved wife, Elizabeth, he will be very sorely missed by his loving children; Matthew and his wife Michele Sullivan and Amy and her husband Keith Casab, all of Newportnews, VA, granddaughter; Kaitlyn Casab, brother; Lawrence J. Sullivan and his friend Leslie Rentel, both of Alton NH, nieces and nephew; Michelle and her husband Shaun Marsh, Christine Sullivan and Eric and his wife Ann Sullivan, all of Woburn and great-nieces and great-nephews; Jenna, Tyler, Trinity, Michael, Shaun and Justin.
