Marilyn S. (Corder) Silvey, 78 of Daleville, died suddenly on May 6, 2013 in Gulf Coast Medical Center in Panama City, FL.
She was born November 7, 1934 in Spencer, Indiana to Ralph and Mildred (Mills) Corder.
She worked production 44 years for Delco Remy Division of General Motors.
She enjoyed arts and crafts and her family. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.
Survivors include her daughter, Deborah (Kevin) Howerton of Bowling Green, KY; her two sons, Craig Silvey of Daleville; Randall J. (Sue) Silvey of Toledo, OH; her sister Phoebe (John) Kay; five grandchildren, Autumn Howerton; Brock Howerton; Ashley Silvey (boyfriend Shawn Scalf); Jesse Silvey and Keaton Riha-Silvey; great granddaughter, Addyson Howerton and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her fiancé Don Hughes.
Service will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Monday, May 13, 2013 at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service with Ned Clark officiating. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service. Burial will be in Bronnenberg Cemetery in Chesterfield.
Memorial contributions may be given to American Heart Association or Alzheimer's Association.
