CHARLTON – Kathleen Miller, 64, of 42 Ramshorn Road, died Tuesday, May 7, 2013 at home after a period of declining health.
She leaves her beloved sister, Ann Marie Hughes of Ipswich; and her family at Ramshorn Road and at Golden Heights in Webster.
She was born in Beverly and raised in Ipswich, a daughter of Joseph and Mary (Flaherty) Miller. She lived in Monson. She moved to Golden Heights in Webster in 1997 and then to Charlton in 2011.
Kathleen was known for her gentle spirit, her smile, her warm personality and her ladylike manner. She enjoyed people. She liked the warm months when she could travel, admire the nature around her, and just simply sitting in the sun. Dining out was a favorite pastime.
Calling hours will be from 4:00 to 6:00 PM on Monday, May 13, in Scanlon Funeral Service, 38 East Main Street, Webster. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM Tuesday, May 14, in Our Lady of Hope Church, Pineswamp Road, Ipswich (please meet at the church). Burial will be in Cowles Cemetery, Ipswich.
