SIMPSON, Ronald Anthony “Ron”, 40, of Louisville, passed away April 8, 2013.
He was an electrician who had worked for Paulin Electric and ECO Engineering. He was a member of Chapel Hill United Church of Christ. Ron loved to cheer for the Louisville Cardinals and was one of their greatest fans.
He is survived by his parents, Thomas and Peggy Simpson; daughter, Christina Heaton and her mother, Tracy Ayers; sisters, Cathy Simpson Ramsey (Gary) and Karen Simpson; brother, Thomas A. Simpson (Lisa); nieces and nephews, Jennifer Rockwern, Josh Whitaker, Sarah Ramsey, Chris Simpson and Christian Ramsey; and a host of cousins and extended family.
His service will be 11am Friday at Chapel Hill United Church of Christ, 2307 Embassy Lane. Visitation will be Thursday 2-8pm at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway.
