LOWELL - Mary Catherine (Mullaly) Belluche, age 92, died Sunday evening, Aug. 1st, at theWentworth Skilled Care Center after a long period of declining health. She was wife for 45 yearsof the late John R. Belluche, who died in 1985.
She was born in Cambridge, MA, Jan. 28, 1912, a daughter of the late John T. and Mary C.(Archer) Mullaly. She resided in Tewksbury for more than 40 years, before moving to Lowell in1993.
In her earlier years, she worked as an assembler in Wang Laboratories.
She was a communicant of St. William’s Church in Tewksbury, a member of St. William's Sodality, and a communicant of theImmaculate Conception Church in Lowell for the past decade.
In her later years, she was also a frequent visitor to the Tewksbury Senior Drop-in Center.
She is survived by three daughters and sons-in-law, Cynthia A. and her husband Richard Fiske ofLynn, Lorraine B. Danas and her partner William O’Connor of Bedford Hills, NY, KathleenB. and her husband William McFedries Jr. of Lowell, with whom Mrs. Belluche resided for the last decade; two sonsand daughter-in-law, Robert A. and his wife Patricia (Boudreau) Belluche of Nashua, NH, and John A. Belluche of Westford;one brother and sister-in-law, Joseph and his wife Barbara Mullaly of Worcester; ninegrandchildre, Robert, Eric, Douglas and Wayne Belluche, Julie Wilkenson, Charles and KristenDanas; Amanda and William McFedries III; nine great grandchildren; and many nieces andnephews.
She was also mother of the late Marie Clair Belluche; and sister of the late John and FrancisMullaly.
Her Funeral Mass was held Friday, Aug. 6, in the Immaculate Conception Church, East Merrimack St. Lowell. Interment will be private.
