Gerald V. Cincotti, of Burlington, died peacefully at home on Friday in the company of his loving family. He was 71.
Gerald was raised in Medford and after graduating from Medford High School went on to study at and graduate from the Museum School at the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston. He served in the National Guard and worked during his younger years as a commercial artist for the Advertising Department of Jordan’s Furniture. He operated his own architectural design firm, Cincotti and Co. until his retirement. To keep busy during his retirement he founded All Season Foods, gourmet foods purveyors.
The beloved husband of Rosalba (Capone) Cincotti, he was a devoted father to Danielle Cincotti of Lexington, Susan Cincotti-Herschell and her husband Paul of Portland, Oregon and Thomas Cincotti. He leaves his two loving grandsons: Luca and Matteo Gentile. He was the cherished son of Vincenza (Lauretano) of Medford and the late Nicholas Cincotti. He also leaves his brothers: Nicholas Cincotti Jr of Burlington, Carl Cincotti of Medford and Arthur Cincotti of Hudson, NY.
Family and friends are kindly invited to attend his funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford, Tuesday, April 9th at 10 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in the Immaculate Conception Church, 600 Pleasant Street, Malden, at 11 AM. Relatives and friends are also respectfully invited to visit with the family at the funeral home on Monday from 4 thru 8 PM. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
