Marion M. (Hamilton) Montalto, 78, of Natick died Friday, April 5, 2013.
She was the devoted wife of the late William Montalto and beloved mother of Lisa Kaufman and her husband Mark of Ashland, Denise Montalto of Arlington, and Mark Montalto and his wife Christina of North Marshfield. Marion enjoyed sailing with her late husband, as well as baking, walking, and practicing yoga. She worked for many years at the Natick YWCA and then at Wellesley College, served as President of the Women’s Club of Natick, and was a dedicated member of St. Linus Parish.
She is also survived by her brother John Hamilton of Duxbury and her sister Marguerite Nangle of Oswego, IL, by her loving grandchildren Dana, William, Marina, Eva, Max, and Alex, and by many cherished relatives.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral on Friday, April 12 at 8:00 A.M. from the John Everett and Sons Funeral Home, 4 Park Street at Natick Common followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Linus Church at 9:00 A.M.
Visiting hours are Thursday, April 11, from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M.
Interment St. Patrick Cemetery.
