DUDLEY – Francis V. “Fran” Dziembowski, 90, died Tuesday, April 2, 2013 in Webster Manor surrounded by his family.
He leaves his wife of 66 years, Pauline C. (Morgan) Dziembowski ; a daughter, Louise A. & her husband Robert Duval of Webster; a son, John F. & his wife Sharon Dziembowski of Dudley; 4 grandchildren, Eric Dziembowski, Kristin Dziembowski, Stephen Dziembowski, Timothy & his wife Hesper Duval; 2 great-granddaughters, Cadence & Addison Duval.; nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by his 11 brothers and sisters.
He was born in Webster, a son of Victor and Martha (Stawicki) Dziembowski. He was a graduate of the Bartlett High School class of 1940 and a graduate of Cole Trade School in Southbridge.
Mr. Dziembowski was a machinist and lathe operator with A & M Tool & Die in Southbridge, retiring in 1980.
He was an army veteran of World War II.
He was a member of Saint Andrew Bobola Church and a member of the PAV. He was mechanically gifted, and he enjoyed motorcycling, polka music, computer games, playing the organ, relaxing in the sun and spending time with his family.
A memorial Mass will be held Monday, April 15, at 10:00 AM in Saint Andrew Bobola Church. There are no calling hours. Arrangements are under the direction of Scanlon Funeral Service, 38 East Main Street, Webster.
