Juanita F. (Payson) Park, 84, of Derry, NH, died Saturday, July 31, 2004 in Pleasant Valley Nursing Center, Derry. Mrs. Park was born in Calais, ME on January 1, 1920, a daughter of the late Louis and Edith (Roy) Morrison. She was a resident of Derry for more than 35 years, formerly living in Manchester, NH. Mrs. Park was a member of the Church of God in Augusta, Maine and attended the Church of God in Manchester.
She is survived by two daughters, Ruth L. Payson of Lewiston, ME, Virginia E. Devoe of Derry, four sons, Leighton H. Payson of Phoenix, AZ, Frederick E. Payson of Manchester, Ronald J. Payson Sr. of Derry, Norman D. Payson of Augusta, ME, 20 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren, and one sister, Geraldine Howard of Belfast, ME. She was predeceased by her first husband Joseph Payson and later by her second husband George Park..
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday August 3rd at 1:00pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch Street, Derry. Burial will follow in the Forest Hill Cemetery, East Derry. Friends may call on Monday from 7 - 9pm at the funeral home.
