Obituary

Roger E. Carrier, 78, of Manchester died July 30, 2004 at the Arbors of Bedford after a long illness.

Born in Manchester on May 23, 1926, he was the son of Joseph and Alpheda (Beaulieu) Carrier. He attended St. Anthony School and Central High School and was a lifelong resident of Manchester.

During World War II he served in the US Navy. He later worked at Granite State Packing Company for many years.

Mr. Carrier had been a member of the Knights of Columbus.

He was married to Lauretta (Perreault) Carrier who died in 2003.

The family includes a son, Roger M. Carrier of Pembroke; three grandchildren, Julie Dumais and Ryan Carrier both of Manchester and Heather Carrier of Hooksett; a brother, Marcel Carrier of Manchester; nieces and nephews.

A memorial mass of Christian burial was celebrated Tuesday August 3, 2004. in St. Anthony Church, 172 Belmont St., Manchester. Commital prayers followed in Mt. Calvary Mausoleum, 474 Goffstown Rd., Manchester.
