Mrs. Eleanor C. (Miceli) Poillucci, age 78, died Saturday, March 30, 2013 at Winchester Hospital, after a lengthy illness. Born in Cambridge, Eleanor was the devoted daughter of the late Catherine (Loprete) & Bruno Miceli.
Eleanor has been a Woburn resident for the past 46 years, formerly of Cambridge. She attended Cambridge schools and worked at McCord Winn Textron Co. of Winchester as an assembler, retiring in the late 1980's. She was great at decorating and enjoyed music, cooking and arts & crafts. Eleanor most enjoyed her family time, especially her loving grandchildren.
Eleanor was the devoted mother of Ralph S. Poillucci and his wife Maria of Salem, Richard Poillucci and his wife Margarette of Burlington, David Poillucci of Woburn, Ellen White and her husband Jim of Woburn. Loving grandmother of Margarette, Philip, Richard, Marisa, Sabrina, James and Jennifer. Loving great grandmother of William, Logan, Sebastian, Isabella and Blake. Daughter of the late Catherine (Loprete) and Bruno Miceli. Sister of Frances Stacey of Danvers, Theresa "Nina" Fagone of Watertown, the late Marion Antonizick, Antonio "Tony" Miceli, Felix Miceli and Leonard Miceli. Former wife of Ralph Poillucci of Malden.
Funeral from the McLaughlin-Dello Russo Funeral Home, 60 Pleasant St. WOBURN Friday at 9 AM. Followed by a funeral service celebrated in Heritage Park Baptist Church, 129 Lexington St. Burlington at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Thursday 4 thru 8. Services will conclude with burial at Woodbrook Cemetery, Woburn.
