NORTH DIGHTON - Hilda L. (Westgate) Malaguti, wife of Vincent R. Malaguti of N. Dighton, died at the Dighton Nursing Center on March 27, 2013.
She was 84.
Born in Lakeville, she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Carrie (DeMoranville) Westgate.
Educated in Lakeville schools, she moved to Dighton in 1958.
A homemaker for most of her adult life, Mrs. Malaguti was employed as a Stanley Home Products Demonstrator for over 20 years.
In addition to her husband, she leaves a son, Ronald Malaguti and his wife Patricia of Somerset; four daughters, Sharon Araujo of Dighton, Pamela Jefferson and her husband Dorian of North Dighton, Debra Dennen and her husband Michael of Sagamore, and Linda McCarron and her husband William of Taunton; two brothers, Lester Westgate of Taunton, and Dennis Westgate of Webster; a sister, Karon Martin of Taunton; 16 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
She was also the mother of the late Bruce, Roy, and Donald Malaguti; and the sister of the late Ronald Westgate, Ruth Ohler and Madeline Mowery.
Graveside services will be held at the West Dighton Christian Church Cemetery, N. Dighton on Saturday, March 30th at 10 a.m.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
Calling hours will be held at the Silva Funeral Home, 80 Broadway, Taunton on Friday, March 29th from 4 to 7 p.m.
