Beloved husband of Kathleen (Fisher) Coffey for 56 years. Devoted father of Kathleen A. Butters and her husband Robert of North Attleboro, Deborah L. Coffey of Dedham, Carolyn Temple and her husband William of South Weymouth, Edward M. Coffey and his wife Paula of Westwood and Maryellen Ray and her husband David of Dedham. Son of the late Leo and Elizabeth (Hammond) Coffey. Brother of the late Dorothy Gallagher, Virginia Tardivo, Leo Coffey and Marybeth Collins. Beloved Papa of 14 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
Former owner of Coffey Plastering of Dedham and Westwood. U.S. Army Veteran, Korean War.
Funeral from the George F. Doherty & Sons Wilson-Cannon Funeral Home, 456 High St. DEDHAM, Monday, April 1 at 10 am followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Mary Church, Dedham at 11 am. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Visiting hours Saturday, March 30 from 4-8 pm. Interment Mt. Benedict Cemetery, West Roxbury.
