Devoted mother of Kathleen (Mather) Arthur and her husband David, Shawn Daley and his wife Katherine Centola, Colleen Schmidlein and her husband Kenneth, Moira Bell and her husband Douglas. Grandmother of Sebastian Mather, Rory (Mather) Rodrigues, Nate Joe and Evan Schmidlein. Great grandmother of Kingston Rodrigues. Sister of Paul Anthony Schiavone.
Anna was a life long resident of Newton Upper Falls who married "the boy next door". Graduate of Newton High School, class of 1947, worked at W.S. Simpson Co. in Cambridge, MA until 1958 and then began raising her family.
Funeral from the George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home, 1305 Highland Ave, NEEDHAM, Weds. at 10 a.m. Funeral Mass in Mary Immaculate of Lourdes Church, Newton Upper Falls at 10:30 a.m. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Visitation prior to Mass from 9 am-10am in the funeral home. Interment private.
