Viola J. (Maciak) Pierson, age 91, of Lynn, died at a local nursing home March 14 after a lengthy illness.
Born in Chelsea, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Anna (Dolenkowska) Maciak, and the wife of the late James Pierson.
She was a medical secretary for Dr. Henry in Lynn for many years.
She lived in Ohio, Illinois and California. She traveled in different parts of Europe and the Islands. Viola loved knitting.
She is survived by one brother, William Maciak of Lynn; and several nieces and nephews, grand and great grandnieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Stephen Maciak and Mary Pawlowski.
