
Juanita Aylor Cox, 84, of Tifton died Thursday, March 14, 2013, at Lakeland Villa Convalescent Center in Lakeland. Memorial services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 24, 2013, at New Beginnings Worship Center in Enigma. Rev. Pat Suggs will officiate with burial to be held at a later date in Tift Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 24, 2013, at New Beginnings Worship Center immediately following the service.
Ms. Cox was born on June 8, 1928 in Paint Rock, Texas and was the daughter of John Thomas Aylor and Sofronia Lee Aylor, both deceased. She was also preceded in death by three brothers and seven sisters. She worked as a housekeeper from 1964 until 2003 and attended New Beginnings Worship Center in Enigma.
Ms. Cox is survived by four sons and two daughters-in-law, Richard and Vickie Cox of Brookfield, John W. Cox, Jr. of Las Vegas, Nevada and Glen and Cindy Cox of Louisville, Kentucky and Robert Cox of Placerville, California; one daughter, Dolores Bradley of Brookfield; three sisters, Martha Tate of California, Elizabeth Graves and Loretta Holmes, both of Texas; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
