Hascal Copass, 89, went to be with his Lord on Saturday, March 9, 2013.
He was born in Tompkinsville, KY to Clarence & Oatie (Bledsoe) Copass.
He was a retired Barber at Ft. Knox Army Base and was a member of Highview Valley Station Baptist Church.
Hascal was a WW II Army Veteran, serving with Gen. George Patton, & was awarded the Purple Heart, 5 Bronze Stars and the Combat Infantry Badge.
He was preceded in death by his Parents and several Brothers.
Survivors include his loving wife of 70 years, Evelyn (Wood) Copass; his Sons: Jimmie Copass (Kaye) and Freddie Copass (Pat); 3 Grandchildren: Susan Copass-Cheng, Kelli Copass-Simpson and Michael Copass (Laura); 5 Great Grandchildren; 2 Brothers: Elvin (Mabel) Copass & Wyman (Glenda) Copass.
Funeral Services will be held 12:00 PM Tuesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with burial to follow in Bethany Cemetery with Military Honors.
Visitation will be Monday 4 - 8 PM and Tuesday 9 AM - 12 Noon. Expressions: Hosparus
