Dorothy (Medeiros) Moniz, 80, of Fall River died Friday, March 8, 2013 at Kimwell Nursing Home. She was wife of the late Thomas Moniz. Born in Fall River, she was daughter of the late Joseph and Annette (Mignault) Medeiros. Mrs. Moniz was a Communicant of Holy Name Church, Fall River. Prior to retirement, she was a bank teller for various banks in the area.
Survivors include 2 brothers: Joseph Medeiros of Fall River and Thomas Medeiros of St. Petersburg, FL; a sister: Jean Enos of Ft. Myers Beach, FL; and several nieces and nephews.
Mass of Christian Burial to which relatives and friends are invited will be Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at Holy Name Church, Fall River at 11:00 A.M.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 9 – 10 A.M. at the Potter Funeral Home prior to the Mass.
Interment will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Fall River.
