Joseph N. Beatrice, 89 of Medford, died Tuesday after a long illness in the Lawrence Memorial Hospital, Medford, MA.
Born in Boston, he lived in Medford since 1956 and was the son of the late Pasquale and Elizabeth Beatrice. Joseph was a Currier with Century Bank for 22 years and retired in 2011. He was a late U.S. Army veteran of WW II from 1943-1945. Joseph was a member of the Medford VFW Post 1012 and the ILGWU.
Beloved husband of the late Rose M. (Leandro) Beatrice. Devoted father of Janice Harris and her husband Perry of Medford. Loving grandfather of Julie Colten and her husband Dana of GA, Christine Boberg and her husband Will of South Grafton.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Saturday at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Clement Church, 71 Warner St., Medford, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Friday 4-8. Services will conclude with entombment at Woodlawn Community Mausoleum, Everett.
