CRONIN, Bessie Mae (Raymer), 101, of Louisville, passed away Monday, March 4, 2013.
She retired from Seagram’s after over 20 years of service. She was an honorary Kentucky Colonel, had been a Cub Scout Leader and a Precinct Captain. She was a member of Ralph Avenue Church of Christ.
Mrs. Cronin was preceded in death by her husband, George Cronin; her parents, Arzellia and Miles Raymer; and her brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her son, Walter Denzil Cronin (Nieta); granddaughter, Tausha Richardson (Jamie); and great grandchildren, Bailey and Trey Richardson.
Her service will be 11am Thursday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial 2pm CT in Cub Creek Cemetery, Edmonson, KY. Visitation will be 11am-8pm Wednesday and after 9am Thursday until the service at the funeral home.
