Arthur William "Bill" Scherdin, 75, of Clarksville, TN, departed this life on Saturday, March 2, 2013 at Gateway Medical Center. He was born on March 6, 1937 in LaCrosse, Wisconsin to the late Arthur Scherdin and Mayme Scherdin. He was also preceded in death by his daughter, Laurette Scherdin.
He was an U.S. Army veteran. He retired from social services at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital, Ft. Campbell, KY on September 30, 1998.
He is survived by his loving wife, Lois Scherdin; children, James (Desiree) Scherdin and Amy (Jeffery) Murch; step-children, Nancy (Carl) Robertson, Carl Ray Parsons, and Darryll (April) Parsons; grandchildren, Olivia, Samantha, and Ethan; step-grandchildren, Brian (Jessica), Chad (Rebecca), Rachel, and Brandon; step-great grandchildren, Alexis and Landon; sisters, Mary (Walter) Bradley and Kathleen (John) Jendus; and many nieces and nephews.
Future services will be held in his hometown of LaCrosse, WI.
