SHANN, Derek T. Of Weston in North Falmouth, suddenly, February 22nd, age 35. Beloved son of Mary H. (Halligan) Shann and her husband Gregory P. Plunkett of Weston, and the late Robert A. Shann. Brother of Ryan P. Shann and his wife Karla of San Diego, CA, Kenneth P. Shann of North Falmouth. Uncle of Deklan, Braedan, and Violet Shann. Step son of Heather (McRae) Shann of North Falmouth. Nephew of John P. Halligan Jr. of Clifton Park, NY, Gregory M. Halligan of Worcester, Anne and Edwin Petrazzolo of Rochester, NY, and Joseph A. Halligan of Albany, NY. Derek was a graduate of Weston High School Class of 1995 and UMass Amherst. He coached the Falmouth 13 year old boys' team in the Kingston Basketball League.
