WEBSTER – Stanislaw T. “Tadek” Baldyga, 74, of 48 Upland Avenue, passed away Friday, July 16, in the Meadows of Leicester.
He leaves his wife of 54 years, Sabina (Krukowski) Baldyga; a son and his wife, Andrew and Elizabeth Baldyga of North Grosvenordale, CT; 3 daughters, Helena E. and husband George Baldowski of Webster, Basha Baldyga of Northboro, and Margaret Baldyga of Webster; a sister, Wanda Barszcz of Poland; 4 grandchildren, Richard and Julie Baldowski and Izabela and Timothy Baldyga. A sister, Irene Bartkiewicz, predeceased him.
He was born and raised in Poland, son of Stanislaw and Julianna Baldyga, and lived here since 1964. The funeral will be held Monday, July 19, from the Sitkowski and Malboeuf Funeral Home, 340 School Street, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in Saint Joseph Basilica, 53 Whitcomb Street. Burial will be in Saint Joseph Garden of Peace. Calling hours are from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Sunday, July 18, in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Saint Joseph Basilica for either Masses or for the parking lot fund, both at 53 Whitcomb Street, Webster, MA 01570
