Charlotte Ruth Dozier Binkley, age 82 of Clarksville, TN, died on Thursday, February 7, 2013 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
She was born on June 2, 1930 in Clarksville, TN to the late Joseph Paul Dozier and Annie May Miller Dozier. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Waldo David Binkley, Sr.; two brothers, Roy Dozier and Howard Dozier; sister, Virginia Bailey and a great-grandchild.
Funeral service will be held on Monday, February 11, 2013 at 1 p.m., at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel, with Pastor Darrel Hartsock officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 10, 2013 from 2-5 p.m. and Monday, February 11, 2013 from 11 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.
Charlotte was a retired accounts payable specialist with B.F. Goodrich/Vulcan. She attended Grace Nazarene Church. She was a graduate of CHS.
She is survived by her son, Waldo David Binkley, Jr. of Clarksville, TN; daughter, Dawn Foster of Clarksville, TN; brother, Bobby Dozier of Dover, TN; six grandchildren, Traci Huff, Jason Chiodini, Samantha Binkley, Rebecca Chiodini, David Allen Binkley and Heather Binkley; and nine great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Bill Clements, David Gitterman, Donnie Sellers, Joe Evans, Joseph Paul Dozier, Wayne Dozier, and Rob Dozier.
