Eleanor R. (Williams) Maraglia, age 89, of Brockton, died peacefully February 3, 2013 at West Acres Nursing Home. She was the wife of the late Thomas E. Maraglia. Born in Brockton, she was the daughter of the late Robert E. and Ethel F. (Blanchard) Williams. Eleanor was a lifelong resident with the exception of three years residence in Stoughton. She was a graduate of Stoughton High School, Class of 1941. Before her marriage in 1944 she was employed at the Toll House Restaurant in Whitman.
Eleanor was the mother of the late Robert E. Maraglia and sister of the late Dorothy F. Williams, Phyllis Geer and Helen Lawson. She is survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton, Friday 11am-12pm followed by a Funeral Service at 12pm. Burial in Melrose Cemetery.
