Beverly: Helen (Dupuis) Belanger, 77, died Thursday, January 31, 2013 at the Beverly Hospital following a brief illness. She was the wife of Joseph Robert Belanger. On January 19th, they celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary.
Born in Lynn on July 15, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Aurele and Rita (Walsh) Dupuis. A resident of Beverly for the past 45 years, Helen was employed at Beverly Hospital for many years.
In addition to her husband, Bob, she is survived by four sisters, Margaret Triantafillou, Carol Ladue, Deloris Luis, Janice Benson and her husband, Benny; two brothers, Donald Dupuis and his wife, Lou, and Joseph Dupuis and his wife, Vera; a brother-in-law, Leon Belanger and his wife, Cecile; four sisters-in-law, Joanne Dupuis, Theresa LeBel, Elizabeth Meador and Sylvia Ywuc and her husband, John and several nieces and nephews. She was also predeceased by her brothers, Paul, Raymond and Edward Dupuis.
Her service will be held on Tuesday in the Grondin Funeral Home, 376 Cabot Street, Beverly at 7 p.m. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 4 – 7 p.m. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend.
