
Janet F. (Carmichael) Pearl, 71, of Natick died Thursday, January 31, 2013 at her home.
She was the beloved wife of Raymond L. Pearl with whom she shared 45 years of marriage.
A Natick resident for 42 years she was born in Cambridge the daughter of the late Ralph and Julia (Donahue) Carmichael.
Mrs. Pearl worked for the Town of Natick School Department for 30 years retiring in 2005.
She was a dedicated Teaching Assistant in the English as a Second Language Program at the Memorial School in South Natick. Previously she worked in the cafeteria at the Cole School in West Natick.
Mrs. Pearl was a member of St Linus Parish and taught in the CCD Program.
She was an avid reader, enjoyed gardening, her cats, and going to the Tuesday Breakfast Club at the Station Five Restaurant.
In addition to her husband she is survived by one daughter Michelle M. Pearl of Natick, one son Scott R. Pearl and his wife Christie of Shrewsbury, six sisters Joan Keplin of NY, Rita Finn of FL, Peggy Hurley, Ellen Yebba, Mary LeClair all of Everett, Julia Pierce of NH, and many nieces and nephews.
She was also the sister of the late Ralph Carmichael, Jr.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral on Tuesday February 5, at 8:00 A.M. from the John Everett and Sons Funeral Home, 4 Park Street at Natick Common followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Linus Church at 9:00 A.M.
Visiting hours are Monday from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M.
Interment St Patrick Cemetery.
