Anthony A. Pandolph, a life long Woburn resident passed away at the Aberjona Nursing Care Center in Winchester on Monday July 12, following a short illness. He was the husband of the late Antoinette M. (Dorandi). He was eighty-one years old.
Born in Woburn he was the son of the late Josephine (Stabile) and Anthony Pandolph. Since he was a young boy he worked for Roessler Memorials of Woburn, where he polished ,set and engraved memorials to mark graves. He also retired from the US Postal Service after twenty-five years of service. His family was of utmost importance and he was dedicated to their happiness. He was a late member of the Woburn Lodge of Elks and a US Army Veteran of World War II.
He is survived by his son Michael and his wife Kathleen, two grandchildren Andrew and Michalene all of Woburn. One Brother William Pandolph of New Hampshire.
Preceeding him in death, in addition to his wife Antoinette, are seven sisters, Mary Willett, Clara Hagge, Rose MacDonald, Josephine Geer, Madaline Anastas, Eleanor Larson and Anna Tumbarello. One brother Carmen Pandolph.
His funeral will be held from the McLaughlin - Dello Russo Funeral Home, 60 Pleasant St. Woburn, on Thursday, July 15, at 9 a.m., followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Charles Church, 280 Main St. Woburn at 10. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Services will conclude with burial at Calvary Cemetery, Woburn.
Visiting Hours at the funeral home are on Wednesday 4 thru 8.
