Lillian “Ginny” Ditson, 97, of Simmonsville Avenue, Johnston, died Tuesday, January 22, 2013 at West Shore Health Center in Warwick. She was the widow of Robert Brown and Frank Ditson.
She was the daughter of the late William and Lillian (Fellows) Hopkins. She had worked for area jewelry companies before retiring.
She is survived by her niece, Patricia Whitford and her husband, Alan and their family.
Her funeral service will be held Friday morning at 11:00am in the ANDERSON-WINFIELD Funeral Home, Route 44 at Greenville Common, Greenville. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Cemetery, Johnston. Visitation Friday morning 10-11am. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to West Shore Health Center, 109 West Shore Road, Warwick, RI 02889.
