Sister Irene Castonguay, RJM (Mother Ste-Eugenie), age 93, of Wellesley, on January 17, 2013, at Elizabeth Seton Residence in Wellesley. Born in Fall River, she was the daughter of Jacques & Eugenie (Napert) Castonguay. She entered the congregation of the Religious of Jesus and Mary in 1937. She was a teacher and served faithfully in various leadership positions in the religious community throughout her life. She was Assistant Manager of Lafayette Place Apartments from 1983 to 1994. Sr. Irene was predeceased by 13 siblings. She is survived by her religious sisters and many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may visit Tuesday January 22 beginning at 9:00 am at St. Bernadette Church, Fall River, followed by a Funeral Mass at 10 am. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Fall River.
