AUBURN - Lillian M. (Tessier) Brodeur, 88 of Auburn formerly of Worcester died on Tuesday, July 6 in St. Vincent Hospital after an illness.
Her husband Raymond P. Brodeur died in 1990. She leaves a daughter Linda M. Lussier of Auburn with whom she lived; 4 grandchildren Darren A. Lussier of Aubrun, David C. Lussier of Charlton, Amy Beth Maryyanek of North Grosvenordale, CT and Audrey Jo Hussey of East Putnam, CT; 12 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Brodeur was born in Northbridge daughter of Alphege and Henrietta (Watier) Tessier and lived most of her life in Worcester before moving to Auburn.
Mrs. Brodeur was long employed as a cashier at the family owned Brodeur Brothers Market on Millbury St. She also belonged to Holy Name of Jesus Church in Worcester.
The funeral will be held on Friday, July 9 from the Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home (www.Royfuneral.com) 12 Hammond Street, Worcester with a Mass at 9 AM in Holy Name of Jesus Church 53 Illinois St. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery. Calling hours are on Thursday July 8 from 6 to 8 PM inthe funeral home.
