Obituary

Diane M. Doyon, 55, of Manchester died January 11, 2013 at the Catholic Medical Center after a short illness.
She was born in Manchester on March 17, 1957, the daughter of Lucien and Marie Ange (Labonville) Doyon and was a lifelong resident of the city. She was educated in the local school system and had attended Trinity High School prior to graduating from Central High School.
She had most recently worked as a cook for Comcast and previously had been employed in the café at the Elliot Hospital for many years.
Diane enjoyed dancing, singing, collecting porcelain dolls, and keeping in touch with her many friends. She especially enjoyed baking and creating specialty cakes for family and friends. She was recognized and celebrated for creating the Elliot Hospital’s 100th Anniversary cake. Above all else, she will be remembered as a loving daughter, sister, aunt, and great-aunt who cherished the time she spent with her nephews and nieces.
She was predeceased by her father Lucien Doyon in 1998.
Family members include her mother Marie (Labonville) Doyon of Manchester; her sister, Denise Doyon of Manchester and her children John and Steven Graham; her brothers Michel Doyon and wife Janet of Manchester, Ronald Doyon and wife Betty of Merrimack; her nephews and nieces Jeff, Ron II, Matthew, John, Steven, Sara, Marissa, and Kyle; her great-nephews Damien, Jaydon, Evan, Dominic, and Damien.
A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated on Saturday, January 19, 2013 in St. Catherine of Siena Church. Committal prayers followed in Mt. Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum.
