Grace “Diane” Hall Marshall, 56, of Tifton died Saturday, January 12, 2013, at Emory Hospital Midtown in Atlanta. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 16, 2013, in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals. Rev. Salone Green will officiate with burial to follow at Salem Memorial Gardens. Wayne Gilliland, Noel Peacock, Curtis Manders, Jay Hall, Craig Grace and Bucky Bozeman will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 15, 2013, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals.
Mrs. Marshall was born on October 30, 1956 in Tift County and was the daughter of Delora Ashmore Hall of Tifton and the late James E. Hall. She was a lab scientist with the Georgia Department of Agriculture and a member of Carpenter Road Church of God.
In addition to her mother, Mrs. Marshall is survived by her husband, Bobby Marshall of Tifton; one son and daughter-in-law, Kevin and Heather Parks of Tifton; one brother and sister-in-law, Larry and Stacey Hall of Tifton; two grandchildren, Caleb Parks and Dakota Ellis; and numerous nieces and nephews.
