Callis Murray, age 86, of Douglas, GA passed away on Wednesday, January 9, 2013, at Shady Acres following an extended illness. Mr. Murray was born on December 20, 1926, in Douglas, GA to the late Leroy and Lovie Floyd Murray.
Survivors include: brother: Clinton Murray, of Douglas, GA, two sisters: Dorothy Brigmond, of Douglas, GA and Loretha Rhoden, of Monroe, NC, several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 10 from 6-9 pm.
Funeral Service wil be held on Friday, January 11, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Rev. Ricky Wilkerson and Rev. Ovid O’Neal officiating. Interment followed at Cumorah Cemetery.
