Obituary

Manchester-Edward F. Cloutier, 72, died January 9, 2013 at the Elliot Hospital following a lengthy illness.
He was born in Manchester on January 25, 1940 the son of Leo W. and Virginia (Stewart) Cloutier and had been a lifelong resident of the community. He was a graduate of Manchester Central High School Class of 1959.
He served his country in the U.S. Army. He held membership in the American Legion and the National Rifle Association. He also was a parishioner of St. Raphael Parish. Prior to his retirement he had been employed by Bell Atlantic as a telephone repairman.
His hobbies included shooting, boating, fishing, scuba diving, but most of all he loved his family and grandchildren.
Members of his family include his wife Jacqueline (Audet) Cloutier of Manchester, one son Stewart E. “Chip” Cloutier and his wife Kristen Ann of Nottingham, two daughters; Audrey Fletcher and her husband Robert of Manchester, Amy Twombly and her husband Corey of Northwood, four grandchildren; Alexis Powers, Mitchel Powers, Bryce Twombly, Riley Cloutier, two brothers; Philip Cloutier and his wife Mary of Hooksett, Steven Cloutier and his wife Diane of Weare, one sister; Jeannine Demers and her husband Roger of Ocala, FL., and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial reception will be Monday from 6 to 8 PM at the J.N. Boufford & Sons Funeral Home 110 Bridge St. A prayer service will take place at 7:30 during the calling hours.
Burial will be in the NH Veterans Cemetery at a later date.
