Teresa DiFonzo, 90 of Somerville MA, died Sunday in the Lawrence Memorial Hospital Medford, after a brief illness
Born in Somerville, MA, she was the daughter of the late Cosmo and Maddelina (DiRusso). Mrs. DiFonzo was the beloved wife of the late Constantine DiFonzo. Sister of Florence Piccolo of Somerville, and the late Anna DiFronzo, Mary Golchert, Anthony Benedict R., Charlie, and Paul Gigante. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral mass will be celebrated Wednesday at 9 AM in St. Benedict Church, 21 Hathorne Street, Somerville the Rev. John E. McLaughlin officiating. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.
Friends may visit Tuesday from 4 thru 8 at the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford.
