Bozak, “Bernye” (Talley), 68, of Louisville passed away January 3, 2013 at her home. She was a homemaker and a Baptist by faith.
Survivors include her loving husband of 49 years, Thomas Michael Bozak, Sr.; children, Lisa Poole, Angela Baker, Thomas Bozak, Jr., and Todd Bozak; grandchildren, Tim Markwell, Todd Wheeler, Shelbie Johnson, Eric and Ashley Bozak and Jonathan, Kelci, Jordan and Sydney Baker; sisters, Esther Adams, Virginia Lucas and Barbara “Bobbye” Grey; and brother, Kenneth Talley.
Funeral service will be 1pm Monday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens, West. Visitation will be Sunday 1-8 and after 10am on Monday at the funeral home.
