
Pellegrino “Bill” Rossi, age 82, died in Waltham on July 1, 2004 after a lengthy illness. Bill was a Medford resident for the last 50 years, formerly of East Boston. He was born in Boston and was the son of the late Luciana (Diletto) & Antonio Rossi.
Bill graduated from Boston Public Schools and then joined the US Navy during World War II. After being discharged in 1945 he went on to become a cabinet maker. A member of the Boston Carpenter´s Union he retired in 1982.
Bill is survived by his wife Concetta “Connie” (Mogavero) Rossi. Devoted son Ron Rossi of Medford and his wife Karen Rossi. Brother of Frances Mottola, Carmella Lightbody both of Boston and the late Ralph Rossi, Agnes Mottola, and Fannie Spagnolo. Brother-in-law of Rose DeGaudio of Medford.
A funeral service will be conducted in the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD, Tuesday July 6 at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Monday 4 thru 8. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
