Worcester- Linda M. Petkus, 53, of 35 Bjorklund Ave., died Wednesday, June 30, in UMass-Memorial Hospital.She leaves a brother, John F. Petkus Jr., with whom she lived; two aunts; cousins; two dogs, Lalka and Rambo; 3 cats, Patches, Simon, and Garfunkle. She was born in Worcester, daughter of John F. Petkus Sr. and Helen M. (Seligowski) Petkus and lived here all her life. She graduated from St. Mary’s High School, Worcester State College and Worcester Junior College.
Miss Petkus was a Senior Associate at Fidelity Investments for 13 years and was still working at the time of her death.
The funeral will be held Saturday, July 3, from HENRY-DIRSA FUNERAL HOME, 33 Ward St., with a Mass at 10:30 a.m. in Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, 34 Ward St. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery. Calling hours are from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, July 2, in the funeral home.
